Job summary

MetroHealth Main Campus—Glick is seeking a dedicated RN to join the Neuroscience Center, 6 West, a 24-bed unit delivering high-acuity neuro care in a Level One Trauma environment. You will perform detailed neurological assessments, titrate medications, manage drains, ventilators, and CRRT, and provide telemetry monitoring.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure and BLS, with rotating shifts and weekend/holiday coverage as described.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers (AHA) or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed neurological assessments and monitor patients.
• Titrate medications and adjust care plans.
• Manage drains, ventilators, temperature, and CRRT.
• Provide telemetry monitoring and respond to changes.
• Collaborate with LPNs, PCNAs, providers and therapists.
• Demonstrate time management and critical thinking.
