Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN license is required.
• BCLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS will be required within six months for experienced staff nurses and within one year for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patient needs in the ICU and implement appropriate interventions.
• Establish and maintain a plan for the delivery of nursing care and direct nursing interventions to resolve problems.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and serve as a resource for patients and families through the critical care journey.
