Baptist Health is seeking a PRN ICU Nurse for nights in Louisville, KY. The role is one 12-hour shift per week from 7P to 7A in a 20-bed neurological ICU, performing critical care nursing and collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, and execution of care with strong critical thinking. Requires Kentucky RN license and BCLS within 90 days; ACLS within 6-12 months depending on experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Active Kentucky RN license is required.
• BCLS required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS required within six months for experienced staff and within one year for new graduates.

• Assess patient needs and implement interventions in ICU.
• Establish and maintain a plan of nursing care.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking in patient care.
• Serve as a resource to patient and family throughout ICU care.
