Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Licensed RN in Georgia or Multi-state Compact.
• Minimum 1–5 years direct patient care experience in critical care.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process with evidence-based practice and individualized care.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity.
• Engage patients and families, updating goals and plan of care.
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Support performance improvement, research activities, and governance initiatives.
• Plan for care across the continuum and optimize resource use.
