LanceSoft accepts applications for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Neuro Intensive Care Unit in Honolulu, HI. The RN will provide critical care for patients with neurological conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires ICU experience, Hawaii RN eligibility, BLS/ACLS, and PALS within 3 months. Night shifts and relocation assistance up to $11,000 are offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Hawaii or eligibility.
• Diploma or ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• PALS certification within 3 months of hire if not current.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for neuro ICU patients.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor neurological and critical care patients and intervene as needed.
• Educate patients and families and support discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and safety standards.
