Ascension St. Vincent Lucas Family Brain and Spine in Indianapolis, IN seeks an experienced ICU/Neuro RN. You will lead high-quality, coordinated care for complex neurosurgical and spine patients, ensuring rapid intervention during critical changes in status.

The role emphasizes seamless interdisciplinary coordination and a safe, patient-centered discharge planning. The position requires an Indiana RN license, BLS, and ICU experience with a preference for ACLS.

Qualifications

• BLS within 1 month of hire; American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted.
• RN credentialed by Indiana Board of Nursing before hire date.
• ACLS preferred; recertification acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of coordinated neurological and spine care for complex neurosurgical patients.
• Coordinate across medical disciplines to accelerate recovery and enhance patient experience.
• Ensure adherence to clinical excellence and safety standards as part of a Center of Excellence.
