Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and safe patient care following the nursing process.
• Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift with interdisciplinary team support.
• Mentor and collaborate with other nurses; participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Support NGHS governance structures and focus on patient experience and safety.
