Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma/Nursing or Bachelors Nursing preferred.
• RN licensure required (single state or compact licensing).
• ACLS and BLS certifications required (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing process with evidence-based practice to deliver individualized patient care.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Collaborates with patients and families via bedside shift reports, rounds, and teaching.
• Promotes teamwork, documentation accuracy, and efficient use of resources.

Education

Associates Degree in Nursing OR Diploma in Nursing OR Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
