Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
• Participate in solving variances from patient goals and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with critical care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
