Job summary

Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Aurora, CO, seeks an experienced RN to join the Neuro/Neurosurgical ICU team. This full-time role involves nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with 50% holiday requirement and every 3rd weekend rotation.

You will provide high-level neuro critical care in collaboration with neurosurgery and neurology teams, using evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes. BLS and CO RN licensure are required; 1 year acute care RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the practicing state (Colorado)
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association)
• Interest in neuro care and commitment to teamwork, communication, and growth
• 1 year acute care RN experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with neurosurgeons, neurologists, intensivists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure best patient outcomes
