Job summary

The incumbent will lead nursing teams, oversee quality metrics, and support strategic departmental goals. A BSN and active RN license are required; BLS certification is expected.

Qualifications

• BSN required with active RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience leading nursing teams and clinical operations preferred.
• Proficient in using nursing process and evidence-based practices.
