Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency using computers, software, and web-based applications.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• RN license in state of practice and current BLS certification.
• Certification in a clinical specialty area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for diverse patient groups.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources and serves as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data to evaluate and promote changes for optimal outcomes.
• Supports the privacy and dignity of patients, adapting communication to the population served.
• Performs other related duties as required.
