Albany Medical College is seeking a Patient Care Associate for the SICU/Neuro ICU, nights. You will collect patient data, provide personal care, perform glucose testing, turn and mobilize patients, and support care toward discharge.

The PCA may perform blood draws and ECGs, maintain a clean, safe environment, document care in the patient record, and assist with care planning and transitions. Weekend/holiday commitments apply. Albany Med Health System is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifikationen

• Assist with turning, positioning, and mobilization of patients.
• Perform point-of-care testing such as glucose.
• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, feeding, hydration.
• Document care in patient records and report findings to RN.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment.

• Support discharge planning and transitions of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
