Job summary

MetroHealth is recruiting an experienced RN to join the Neuroscience Center, 6 West, at the Main Campus. You will provide neuro-critical care, perform detailed assessments, monitor ICP, and manage ventilation and drains as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Must hold Ohio RN licensure, graduate from an accredited program, and maintain BLS; BSN preferred. Rotating shifts, weekend/holiday rotation included, with industry-leading benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed neurological assessments and monitor patient condition in ICU settings.
• Manage ICP monitoring, seizures risk, and critical care equipment (drains, ventilators, CRRT).
• Ensure timely medication titration and patient safety in a high-acuity neuro-critical care unit.
