Job summary

You will recruit participants, obtain informed consent, monitor progress, maintain timelines, prepare reports, collaborate with PIs on protocols, assist IRB submissions, budgeting, and sponsor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in neuroscience, psychology, life sciences or related field with at least 3 years of clinical research experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute experience as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Recruit participants, screen, obtain informed consent, and collect data.
• Monitor site recruitment progress and adherence to protocols with accurate data reporting.
• Maintain project timelines and coordinate with PIs to meet milestones.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and manuscripts for dissemination of findings.
• Collaborate with PIs to assist with study protocols and manuals.
• Assist IRB submissions and maintenance across multiple studies.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reports, and research agreements.
• Serve as a point of contact for sponsors, investigators, and study staff.
• Provide training and guidance to support staff.
• Foster collaboration across research teams and project stakeholders.
