You’ll be surrounded by exceptional teammates, supported by a culture built on respect and collaboration, and have the opportunity to grow in a global organization that continues to expand.What You’ll DoLoad and operate vessels and mills to ensure consistent quality and safe equipment operationSet up equipment and adjust process controls according to batch card specificationsInspect and clean vessels, mills, tools, and work areas before and after productionMonitor batch status using computer systems and identify process deviationsRecord production and process data for traceability and performance trackingPerform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor operational issuesCollect product samples and deliver them to Quality Control for testingOperate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move materials and finished goodsWeigh raw materials and containers using calibrated scales to meet production specificationsWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.You’ll be successful if you have:Strong attention to detail when following batch cards and quality standardsConsistent adherence to safety procedures and PPE requirementsBasic computer skills for data entry and production trackingClear communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work under general supervision and manage time effectivelyBasic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operationNo formal education or prior experience is required.
