Responsibilities

  • Load and operate vessels and mills to ensure quality and safe operation.
  • Set up equipment and adjust process controls according to batch card specifications.
  • Inspect and clean vessels, mills, tools, and work areas before and after production.
  • Monitor batch status using computer systems and identify process deviations.
  • Record production and process data for traceability and performance tracking.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor operational issues.
  • Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move materials and finished goods.
  • Weigh raw materials and containers using calibrated scales to meet production specifications.
