Cognizant is seeking a NetworX Pricing Configuration Consultant to support provider contracts, reimbursement configuration, and claims adjudication for healthcare payers. This remote role is open to qualified applicants in the United States, with collaboration across Contracting, Claims, Business, and IT teams.

You will configure contracts and fee schedules, analyze requirements, validate pricing, and ensure accurate adjudication. Strong SQL, and experience with NetworX tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare payer organizations with provider contract pricing and reimbursement configuration.
• Hands-on experience with NetworX Pricer and NetworX Modeler.
• Experience with FACETS configuration and claims adjudication processes.
• Knowledge of provider contract configuration, fee schedules, reimbursement methodologies, and pricing validation.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business.
• Experience with testing, production releases, implementation support, and post-production validation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

About The Role

As a NetworX Pricing Configuration Consultant, you will make an impact by supporting provider contract pricing, reimbursement configuration, and claims adjudication for healthcare payer organizations. You will be a valued member of the healthcare consulting team and work collaboratively with Provider Contracting, Claims, Business, and Technology stakeholders to deliver accurate and scalable pricing solutions.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• Experience supporting healthcare payer organizations with provider contract pricing and reimbursement configuration.
• Hands-on experience with NetworX Pricer and NetworX Modeler.
• Experience with FACETS configuration and claims adjudication processes.
• Knowledge of provider contract configuration, fee schedules, reimbursement methodologies, and pricing validation.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business.
• Experience with testing, production releases, implementation support, and post-production validation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

These will help you stand out

• Experience with complex reimbursement methodologies, fee schedules, and network pricing models.
• Knowledge of CMU migrations and production support activities.
• Experience working closely with Provider Contracting and Claims Operations teams.
• Understanding of healthcare EDI transactions, including 837 and 835 formats.
• Experience supporting healthcare transformation, modernization, or platform migration initiatives.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate configuration impacts and recommendations to business partners.

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $113,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
