Job summary

Agile Defense seeks a Networks Plans & Programs Level 2 professional to lead IT and communications project management at Shaw AFB, SC. You will manage requirements, develop PMPs, and coordinate technical staff to ensure successful lifecycle deliverables.

You will coordinate PSAs, MOUs, and SLAs while overseeing plan development and resource assignments. A CAPM or PMP certification and several years of PM experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 6 years of IT or related PM experience with CAPM or equivalent; OR 3 years IT PM experience with PMP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily management of communications and IT requirements development and processing and project management tasks.
• Gather, submit, process, and coordinate end user requirements.
• Plan, initiate, and manage communications and IT projects, coordinate work of technical staff.
• Develop, maintain and provide PMPs.
• Manage lifecycle sustainment and logistics planning for resources, training, parts, licenses.
• Develop, review, coordinate and process PSAs, design packages, test plans and related docs.
• Evaluate organizational requirements and workflows; propose process improvements.
• Assist with plans management activities and maintain unit plans files.
• Assist with support agreement management, drafting and processing MOUs/MOAs/SLAs.
• Oversee all aspects of project management with final approvals, coordinating resources and milestones.

This role will provide requirements, plans, agreements, and project management support services for Enterprise and AOC networks and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily management of communications and IT requirements development and processing and project management tasks.
• Gather, submit, process, and coordinate end user requirements.
• Plan, initiate, and manage communications and IT projects, coordinate work of technical staff.
• Develop, maintain and provide comprehensive Project Management Plans (PMPs).
• Conduct lifecycle sustainment and logistics support planning to identify human resources, training, parts, and warranty and license management requirements.
• Develop, review, coordinate and process Project Support Agreements (PSAs), project packages, design packages, test plans and other related project documentation.
• Evaluate organizational requirements/project management processes and workflows; and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist with plans management activities to include receiving, logging, safeguarding, distributing, reviewing, updating and maintaining plans (e.g., Operational Plans (OPLANs), Concept Plans (CONPLANs), Operations Orders (OPORDs), Supporting Plans, etc.) and maintaining unit plans files.
• Assist with support agreement management activities to include drafting, reviewing, processing, filing and maintaining agreements (e.g., Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), etc.).
• Assist with exercise and inspection support planning.
• Oversee all aspects of project management with final approvals through Military/Civilian personnel, coordinating resources, assigning responsibilities, establishing deadlines/milestones, monitoring progress and providing status to unit leadership.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in IT, or related Project Management field, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent certification; OR 3 years of experience in IT project management or in a related area, and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent certification.
