Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Software Manager to lead a team developing NVLINK switches and GPUs over firmware for HPC data centers. You will drive development and verification across software and firmware layers and act as a key technical contact for strategic customers.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on coding, and collaboration with offshore teams to deliver major features end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of technical experience; 3+ years of team management.
• Proficient in Python and C/C++, with hands-on software/firmware experience.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring, and software/firmware development.
• Ability to self-teach and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-impact team for development and verification across software and firmware layers.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic customers.
• Investigate customer issues and drive system bring-up with NVLINK.
• Own end-to-end feature development and delivery.
• Be actively hands-on (about 50%) in OS software coding and debugging.
• Collaborate with off-shore teams.
