Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Networking Field Applications Engineer to validate, integrate, and troubleshoot networking technologies for OEM server platforms. The role bridges hardware build and system-level validation, ensuring enterprise datacenter and edge deployments meet stringent standards.

Responsibilities include leading testing, debugging, and collaboration across NVIDIA and OEM teams, with on-site support to maintain platform readiness and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of high-speed protocols, switch configuration, and hardware interfaces (PCIe, RDMA/RoCE, I2C, SPI, UART, I2S).
• Experience with OEM Server Hardware and release processes/packaging.
• Firmware validation and independent problem-solving for complex, system-level issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across engineering teams and train partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive functional, regression, and stress testing for networking and GPU technologies in OEM server environments.
• Lead hands-on debugging, firmware validation, and isolation of system-level issues for new server generations.
• Integrate hardware/software components to automate end-to-end testing for packaging and deployment.
• Act as a technical lead in weekly issue scrubs to resolve blockers and customer concerns.
• Provide onsite technical support and maintain lab systems for platform readiness.
