Job summary

NVIDIA AI is seeking a Software QA Engineer to join the QA team. This role focuses on testing Network virtualization features for DPU and ConnectX, helping NVIDIA products achieve industry-leading efficiency and quality.

You will design and execute manual and automated tests, review architectures, write Python automation, and report bugs. The ideal candidate has a BS in CS or EE, 2 years QA experience, Linux know-how, networking experience, and strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• 2 years of proven Software QA experience.
• Knowledge of Networking and system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Linux.
• Independent, responsible worker with good teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Review the architecture design and requirements for new features introduced by virtualization R&D and the software team.
• Design, develop, and implement tests for the new features, as part of software GA releases or update releases
• Report bugs found during execution, assist with reproduction and debugging to understand the root cause, verify bug fixes provided by the R&D team, and raise if not fixed
• Implement tests in different scopes: regression, performance, functional, and security, and report the progress of testing and provide summary reports of testing activity
• Write automation code to increase efficiency, flexibility, and scalability in Python.
