Job summary

Collabera in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Network Infrastructure Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, drive complex engineering projects, and ensure safety and quality on site.

You will monitor budgets, review contractor invoices, develop bid packages, and coordinate with procurement for contracts and Scopes of Work while leveraging Azure DevOps where applicable. This role requires an engineering degree and 5+ years in industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years in commercial technical program/project management, or engineering.
• Experience managing projects in large manufacturing or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage network infrastructure projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Track site execution and inspections to ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor project costs and expenses, compare to budget, identify savings.
• Review contractor invoices, track baselines, and report variances; familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Lead buy-out, issue RFPs, write contracts and Scopes of Work, and issue Work Orders; conduct weekly progress reviews.

Job Description:

• 
  Manage Network infrastructure projects - build strong relationships between various cross functional teams
  
• 
  Track site execution and inspections to ensure work is performed according to safety guidelines and quality standards.
  
• 
  Monitor project costs and expenses, comparing actuals against the budget while also Identifying cost-saving opportunities and suggest value engineering alternatives.
  
• 
  Track and review contractor invoices. Compare and track baseline from actual and report variances. Familiarity with MS Azure Dev ops is a plus.
  
• 
  Responsible for project buy-out including developing bid packages, working with Procurement to issue RFP’s, writing contracts and Scopes of Work, and issuing Work Orders. Conduct weekly review progress meetings with project teams to identify scope gaps, risks, project goals, and recovery plans
  

Must Haves:
