Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Network Management Tools Engineer to manage and support network management tools, including vendor releases and security patches, ensuring compliance with security standards.

The role involves stakeholder collaboration, incident handling, and deployment of maintenance and upgrades across Linux-based appliances and related tools. Candidates should have deep LAN and routing experience and familiarity with leading security tools.

Formación

• US citizen on US soil required.
• 3 years of expert level LAN experience in large-scale, high-availability environments.
• 2 years IT infrastructure, TCP/IP, networking and security principles.
• 3 years experience with core Internet routing protocols.
• 2 years Juniper SRX firewall experience.
• 2 years Cisco FTD/Firepower experience.
• 1-2 years Palo Alto firewall and Panorama Central experience.
• 1 year Linux experience.
• Familiarity with Firemon, Algosec or Tufin.
• Familiarity with Gluware, Solarwinds, or Ansible.
• Familiarity with Regex.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with IT stakeholders to review reports for network management tools and update design/architecture documentation.
• Handle support tickets and implement changes through the change request process.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
• Provide network engineer/admin support to configure and test the solution.
• Perform system maintenance, OS patching, and application releases on Linux appliances.
• Run QA tests to ensure standards and requirements are met.
• Develop and transition operational processes for Ops teams.
