Job summary

Lennar Corporation is seeking a Network & Telecom Support Engineer II in New York. The role involves supporting and deploying network infrastructure, SD-WAN, and cloud-based telephony platforms such as Webex Cloud and Vonage.

You will work with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable operations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant IT experience, familiarity with Cisco/Meraki gear, and basic automation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of networking or IT support experience in enterprise environments.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, and CompTIA Network+ are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, APs).
• Configure and deploy SD-WAN and cloud connectivity solutions.
• Support cloud-based telephony: Webex Cloud, Webex Contact Center, Vonage.
• Provide 24x7 on-call Tier 2 support in collaboration with Service Desk.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and diagrams for networks and telephony.
