Job summary

ATR International seeks a Network Administrator to support and maintain our enterprise LAN, wireless, and WAN voice/data networks. You will assist with day-to-day operations and provide Level 1 support for network and telephony issues.

The role involves installing and maintaining network/telephony equipment, performing basic upgrades, and helping with security configurations under supervision. High School diploma and 3–6 years' experience are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of enterprise voice/data networks.
• Provide Level 1 IT support and troubleshoot Network and Telephony issues.
• Install, maintain, and manage data network/telephony equipment (phones, routers, LAN switches, wireless, servers, RMAs).
• Assist with network maintenance and system upgrades including patches and security configurations.
