Your responsibilities will include responding to staff IT requests, providing technical direction, designing and installing networks, and ensuring operational efficiency through regular evaluations and system improvements. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and an Associate degree in Computer Science.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a network technician.
• Ability to perform virus/malware/spyware detection and removal.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks and TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT needs via helpdesk ticket or phone.
• Provide technical direction on computer and network usage.
• Design and install computer networks and cabling.
• Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix problems.
• Test and configure software, maintain and repair hardware.
