Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting networks or systems in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of network administration or systems administration including listed technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical issues to nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Define infrastructure specifications by working with users and assessing requirements.
• Maintain network and system performance including availability and latency.
• Monitor infrastructure security and coordinate with vendors for issues.
• Evaluate, test, and implement infrastructure upgrades with vendors.
• Support projects and respond to on-call needs and emergencies.
• Maintain technical knowledge through training and professional involvement.
