The role is part of the Sales Engineering team and involves working closely with Account Managers, Product Management, Software Development, and executive leadership.
When you join Arista as part of the Sales Engineering team, you’ll be reporting to a Regional Engineering Manager and working alongside some of the most skilled field engineers in the industry. In collaboration with Product Management and Software Development teams you will steer product developments, offerings, and strategic direction to best serve customers and prospects.
Note: Candidates must reside in the Seattle or Tacoma area.
Base salary ranges from $140,000 to $192,000, depending on location and experience. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses, equity, and sales incentive commissions. US‑based employees receive standard benefits such as medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings, and income protection.
