Job summary

ACT Professional Solutions in New Jersey seeks a Systems Engineer to deliver first-class service and technical support to clients in health and financial sectors. You will interface with CTMs and Senior Engineers to design networks and security solutions while maintaining professional communication with clients.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of cloud and on-premises systems, participation in standards development, and readiness to travel for client site work.

Qualifications

• Requires college diploma or university degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking and security best practices.
• Experience supporting health/financial industry clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support and guidance to ACT clients in health/financial sectors.
• Collaborate with CTM and Senior Engineers on network architecture, security, and cloud projects.
• Resolve high-priority escalations and oversee service incidents and infrastructure improvements.
• Develop and maintain ACT standards and procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
