Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Position: Network/Systems Administrator

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire or Contract

Compensation: $40/hour - $50/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.


• Manage and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft 365 infrastructure.


• Support and configure VMware environments (moving away from VMware over time).


• Understand firewall administration, ideally with SonicWall experience (vendor-managed in the future).


• Assist with switch configuration and management as needed.


• Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including CrowdStrike.


• Collaborate with IT leadership to improve systems and processes across the organization.


• Participate in on-call rotation once every five weeks (post-conversion).

Qualifications

Required:

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration


• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365

• Experience with VMware environments

Preferred (Nice to Have):
