Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Must meet position and certification requirements per DoD 8570.01-M for IAM Level II within 6 months.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop/server OS, Exchange, and RHEL administration.
• Familiar with CISCO network/switching and virtualization tech.
• Experience with LAN/WAN technologies and data backup concepts.
• Experience with security tooling and DoD policy alignment.
• Experience providing technical support in a customer service role.
• Experience with patch deployment using WSUS and/or YUM.

Responsibilities

• Organize, install, and support LANs, WANs, and data networks.
• Help architect, design, and analyze network models.
• Provide day-to-day operations and maintenance of systems and networks.
• Manage COTS and GOTS products; collect and remediate metrics.
• Follow O&M checklists; develop SOPs and TP strategies.
• Operate SIEM tools and generate alarms, reports, and analyses.
• Assist in risk analysis and incident response as needed.
