• Experience managing support requests through calls, emails, and ticketing systems

• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring network databases, operating systems, and applications to detect and address service issues promptly
• Performing comprehensive trend analyses to proactively identify and mitigate potential network performance bottlenecks
• Responding to network trouble alerts, calls, and emails with timely and professional resolutions to maintain service quality
• Coordinating troubleshooting efforts and escalating complex issues to the appropriate IT Operations groups as needed
• Analyzing root causes of network disruptions and implementing corrective actions to restore functionality effectively
• Developing and updating documentation to streamline problem resolution and support network maintenance procedures
• Ensuring strict adherence to network surveillance policies and procedures to maintain system integrity and compliance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance network surveillance processes and implement best practices
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
