Job summary

Insight Global is partnering with a major MSP to support a diverse portfolio of client networks in mid-market and enterprise environments. The role focuses on day-2 operations, ensuring performance, stability, and continuous improvement across multiple customer networks.

You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure, collaborating with teams and clients for incident resolution and post-implementation support. A strong MSP background and CCNP are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• CCNP certification or higher preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-2 network support across multiple client environments.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, and security issues.
• Maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on incident resolution and ongoing improvements.

We are partnering with a large, well-established Managed Services Provider (MSP) seeking a Network Engineer to support a diverse portfolio of clients across mid-market and enterprise environments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, solving complex networking challenges, and supporting production environments post-implementation. You’ll play a key role in day 2 operations, ensuring performance, stability, and continuous improvement across multiple customer networks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide operational (day 2) network support across multiple client environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to routing, switching, and security
• Support and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify optimization opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams and clients on incident resolution and ongoing improvements
• Assist with post-implementation support following network deployments
