Job Description

We are seeking a Network Support Analyst/ Technician to serve for an individual who has lived experience with Firewalls & Security: PaloAlto (PA-3K to PA-5K), Fortinet, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) Cloud Networking: Azure VNets, NSGs, Cloudflare Workers & Zero Trust

Responsibilities

• Support others going through similar life challenges they once experienced.
• Assist individuals in developing the skills and resources they need to live an independent and productive life in the community.
• Helps consumers as they transition from one level of care to another.
• Reports to an administrative superior and is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care services that support the integrity of the Department of Health and Human Services – Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse.
• Interview’s patients, clients, family members and/or persons deemed necessary to obtain the most complete case history.

Technical Skills

• Firewalls & Security: PaloAlto (PA-3K to PA-5K), Fortinet, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA)
• Routing & Switching: Arista EOS, VLAN, STP, EtherChannel, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
• Automation & Scripting: Ansible, Python, REST API
• Identity & Access: Active Directory, Aruba ClearPass, Zscaler integration
