Job summary

Chamber is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Strategy & Activation to grow and deepen our provider network. Reporting to the Head of Network Operations, you’ll work with Practice Success, Clinical, Product, Data, and Payer Growth, starting as an individual contributor with potential to lead a team.

You’ll navigate health-system settings, onboard practices, and size patient panels, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution for fast, reliable go-lives.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years across health system strategy, strategic account management, enterprise implementation, or provider‑focused consulting.
• Direct experience owning or advising a complex health system or multi‑site provider relationship through implementation and steady‑state operations.
• Range and bias toward doing the work: comfortable moving between executive conversations, spreadsheets, and practice operations problems in the same day.
• Strong project management instincts: build the plan, hold dates, chase details, and keep work progressing.
• Analytical fluency: comfortable building models and turning data into recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; credible with health system executives and practice office managers.
• Willingness to travel regularly to practice sites and partner health systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end health system implementation from agreement to go-live and steady-state operations.
• Serve as day-to-day relationship owner for enterprise partners with executive sponsors.
• Map stakeholder environments and sequence work with awareness of approvals.
• Translate agreements into operational requirements and partner with Clinical, Product, Data.
• Build the enterprise implementation playbook to accelerate future go-lives.
• Drive panel density and activation from agreement to onboarded and live.
• Manage network participation agreements across legal, payer, and practice stakeholders.
• Sequence onboarding with Practice Success Managers and clear blockers for 90-day plans.
• Identify untapped density and close gaps with a concrete plan.
• Establish network meeting cadence and drive follow-ups for visibility.
• Prepare analyses on performance, program adoption, and opportunities.
• Act as an extender for leadership and carry high-stakes work to results.
• Use AI/tech to automate reporting and maintain time for judgment.
• Travel to practice sites and partner health systems as needed.
