Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a senior network storage engineer to architect, deploy, and operate complex storage environments across DoW clients in the Indo‑Pacific. Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, deploying, and configuring network storage solutions (SAN/NAS/OBJECT).
• Experience provisioning storage and tuning for operational demand.
• Experience with backup/recovery planning and policy configuration.
• Experience with major vendors: Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, AWS or Azure.
• Experience with VMware and virtual environments.
• Experience with hybrid networks and virtualization technologies.
• Experience documenting and diagramming architectures.

You Have

• 8+ years of experience designing, deploying, and configuring network storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and object storage
• Experience with provisioning storage and performance tuning for operational demand
• Experience with back-up and recovery planning and implementation, including configurations and policy
• Experience with a major vendor, including Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, AWS, or Azure
• Experience in virtual environment management such as VMWare solutions
• Experience with hybrid networks and virtualization technologies
• Experience documenting and diagraming technical architectures
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have

• Experience working in federal, DoW, or IC agency environments
• Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, and frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems
• Bachelor's degree in an IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering field
• Storage Management and Administration Certification such as Dell, HPE, NetApp, AWS, or Azure Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
