Job summary

Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced IT sourcing professional to deliver expertise in managed services, including application development, network services, and service desk. The role covers creating procurement templates, governance schedules, and SOWs for client engagements.

You will provide client-side sourcing expertise and contribute to service delivery in a managed services environment, planning meetings and coordinating activities.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years providing IT expertise/consulting to public agencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expertise concerning sourcing of Managed Services, including application development, network services, service desk, wireless services, etc.
• Develop initial procurement documentation and contract schedules templates (including, but not limited to, RFP, Statement of Work, Service Level Agreement, Governance Schedule, Fees Schedule, Definitions Schedule, Inventory Schedule, Standards Schedule, Transition Schedule, Policies Schedule, Reporting Schedule, etc., and Master Services Agreement)
• Provide subject matter expertise from client-side sourcing, and a service delivery perspective of providing services in a managed services environment.
• Plan and schedule requirements meetings
• Attend meetings in person in San Diego when required
• Perform duties in San Diego or remotely

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
