This role involves supporting the design, development, and maintenance of technical solutions to ensure their efficient and reliable operation. You will contribute to our technical ecosystem including infrastructure, systems, networks, applications, and integrations. Collaborating closely with other professionals, analysts, and engineers, you will help build and optimize solutions, maintaining quality, integrity, and performance. The ideal candidate is adaptable, solution-oriented, and capable of working across multiple teams to support a broad range of technical initiatives. You may be involved in every stage of the technical process, from idea generation to support, using various technologies and design patterns.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions, along with providing production monitoring and support.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across IT, product, analytics, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Monitoring progress against schedules, reporting issues, and updating leadership regularly.
• Documenting processes and participating in technical reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Ensuring solution alignment with enterprise architecture and standards.
• Performing technical analysis to support decision-making.
• Staying updated with relevant technologies and industry best practices.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience required:

• At least 3 years in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and supporting technical solutions with minimal defects.
• At least 3 years in technical problem solving, solution implementation, and team collaboration.
• At least 3 years in foundational computer science concepts, operating systems, and development languages/scripting.

Preferred experience:

• Deep knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, proxy servers, and troubleshooting network issues.
• Understanding of OSI model and TCP/IP protocols.
• Proficiency with routing protocols and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Extensive experience in system architecture, technical feasibility, and solutions in healthcare environments.
• Security and cloud certifications are preferred.
