JOB SUMMARY

This role is a key part of our team responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of our technical solutions, ensuring their efficient and reliable operation. The candidate will contribute to our technical ecosystem, including infrastructure, systems, networks, applications, and integrations. They will collaborate with other technical professionals, analysts, and engineers to build and optimize solutions, ensuring quality, integrity, and performance. The ideal candidate is adaptable, solution-oriented, and capable of working across multiple teams to support a broad range of technical initiatives. They may be involved in every phase of the technical process, from idea generation to analysis, design, build, and support, utilizing various technologies and design patterns.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze, design, code, test, and implement technical solutions, as well as monitor and support production, meeting scope, deadlines, and budgets with minimal defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, product, analytics, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Monitor work progress, provide updates, and report issues to leadership.
• Document processes and participate in reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture and standards.
• Perform technical analysis to support decision-making.

EXPERIENCE

Required

• At least 3 years in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and supporting technical solutions.
• 3 years in technical problem solving, solution implementation, and team collaboration.
• 3 years of knowledge in computer science concepts, operating systems, and development languages.

Preferred

• Deep knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and proxy servers.
• Network troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of OSI model and TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience with routing protocols.
• 5 years in technology platforms, application development, and healthcare solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of technical governance, security, and quality practices.
