Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 3–6 years configuring network devices (switches/routers/firewalls).
• 3–6 years creating topology diagrams and technical docs.
• 3–6 years troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Independently perform networking tasks.
• Strong OSI model knowledge and port familiarity.
• Experience with AD users/groups and packet analysis tools.
• Familiar with malware/cyber-attacks and attackers.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, administer security resources onsite in Houston.
• Support security systems deployment, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Provide guidance to Security Analysts and collaborate with teams.
• Design and plan advanced security systems and services.
• Maintain project timelines and set targets.
• Research new security tools and technologies; on-call rotations.
