Job summary

C-Serv is seeking a senior Fortinet security engineer to own the enterprise Fortinet infrastructure in a high-security financial setting. You will drive ownership, design, and governance for global, multi-site deployments, ensuring robust protection and audit readiness.

You will test features before production, evaluate third-party integrations, and mentor client staff to build lasting capability and resilience in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support, or administration.
• 5+ years with network security products, including 2+ years hands-on with Fortinet.
• Real FortiGate firewall expertise, not just familiarity.
• Fortinet SD-WAN design experience across a global, multi-site architecture.
• Authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• The day-to-day of enterprise Fortinet infrastructure in a high-security financial environment.
• Build procedures for migrations, upgrades, and releases that stay audit-ready.
• Test new features and releases before they touch production.
• Evaluate how third-party devices integrate with Fortinet, not just take others' word.
• Train client staff to grow, not create dependency.
• Identify and catch issues that could become larger problems.
