• Experience (typically gained from 3-5 years) working with Cisco VPN devices, Cisco ASA firewalls, and Cisco IDS/IPS solutions
• Experience working with Cisco routers and switches, typically gained from 4-7 years of experience
• Experience with forensic fraud investigation desired, but not required
• Experience with enterprise anti-virus desired
• Expert knowledge in of all the core internet protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, etc)
• Extremely process and detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
