This position requires 3–6+ years of Check Point firewall experience, CCSA certification, and strong customer service and communications skills, including on-call rotation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• CCSA certification required or equivalent.
• 3–6+ years Check Point firewall experience.
• IPSEC VPN deployment and configuration experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level remote troubleshooting and problem resolution for multiple client networks.
• Configure, manage, and upgrade NGFW, IPS, UTM, VPN, and related security products.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth client transitions.
