Job summary

Itezz Inc. is seeking a skilled Network Security Boundary Support professional to implement, troubleshoot, and maintain security boundaries for federal systems.

The role includes Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, plus hands-on configuration of firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and related devices. United States citizenship and appropriate security clearance are required; a technical BS degree is mandated with potential degree substitutions by experience.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph.
• No demonstrated experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; five (5) years NSSA experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Network Security Boundaries.
• Manage Network Security Boundary infrastructure and related processes.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Configure and manage network devices including firewalls, VPNs, web proxies, and load balancers; install/load OS software and troubleshoot.
