This role will be crucial for designing and implementing a global network segmentation strategy within a large-scale environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network engineering and security technologies, ensuring that enterprise infrastructure meets zero-trust architecture standards. Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in network engineering and architecture.
• 5+ years implementing and managing leading network security technologies.
• Deep expertise in networking technologies including SDWAN, MPLS, VPN, and VLANs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a global network segmentation roadmap.
• Define and document global security standards for networks.
• Lead large-scale network security deployments.
• Produce detailed technical designs and implementation plans to ensure solutions are resilient, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Drive security enhancements across areas including segmentation, Wireless, NAC, Firewalls, SASE, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).

Relate Search has partnered with a global packaging manufacturer to recruit a Network Security Architect to join their Global Information Security team. This highly visible role will own and drive the vision, design, and implementation of a global network segmentation strategy across a large-scale corporate environment. Reporting into Global Information Security leadership, the Network Security Architect will play a critical role in transforming enterprise infrastructure into a mature, zero-trust-based architecture. This individual will lead global standards development, design secure network architectures across IT, OT, data center, and cloud environments, and serve as the senior technical authority for network security initiatives worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and lead the implementation of a comprehensive global network segmentation roadmap.
• Define and document global security standards for wired and wireless networks, firewalls, internet access, remote access solutions, and public cloud infrastructure.
• Lead large-scale, multi-region network security deployments and define standard operational processes.
• Produce detailed technical designs and implementation plans to ensure solutions are resilient, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Drive security enhancements across areas including segmentation, Wireless, NAC, Firewalls, SASE, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 10 years of hands‑on experience in network engineering and architecture.
• 5+ years implementing and managing leading network security technologies (NGFW, NDR, SASE, CASB, WAF, NAC, ZTNA).
