Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Network Scheduler to focus on short-term supply planning (0–3 months) and manage exceptions across FG and semi-finished goods. You will drive decisions with demand and supply teams and report to the Network Planner.

In this role you will develop and maintain 0–12 week supply plans, collaborate with partners, and implement corrective actions to improve overall supply performance while balancing inventory targets and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain (materials management, inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP).
• This position requires ITAR compliance; US person is required.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

• Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Coordinate a team of CoE resources to deliver the MPS Plan.
• Interface with operations to drive schedule adherence.
• Report and analyze KPIs to improve supply network performance.
• Maintain feasible plans to minimize demand at risk and maximize service levels.
• Collaborate across functions to drive end-to-end supply chain improvements.
• Manage 0-12 week horizon exceptions and escalation.
• Monitor capacity shortages and escalate as needed.
