Job description

PAY: $63-68/hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance.

This is a fully remote role but the preference is for candidates in Washington, DC.

W2 Candidates only. Position requires a US Citizen only due to national security regulations, ideally with an active/recent Secret clearance.

Manager Notes

• This role is focused on enriching data and adding to data sets, scanning the internet. Writing customer scan payloads and scraping parts of the internet that wouldn’t normally respond to this.
• Seeking someone who has experience using internet scanning tools and programming languages like Python, Go, and Rust.
• Should have experience using tools such as nmap, nessus, dsniff, netcat, network sniffers, and fuzzers.
• 2-5 years of experience; this is not an entry-level role but requires some experience.
• Must have proficiency in one of the languages (Go and Rust are main interests), experience manipulating large data sets (SQL and relational databases), and network enumeration skills.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• GCTI, GPEN, OSCP, CEH certifications are a plus.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Python, Go, and/or Rust.
• Knowledge of the Intelligence Community, US Government, and federal cyber centers.
• Experience using tools such as nmap, nessus, dsniff, netcat, network sniffers, and fuzzers.
• Certifications: GCTI, GPEN, OSCP, or CEH (big plus, not required).
• High-level understanding of computer networks, protocols, and how the Internet works.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources, documenting the results, and providing meaningful analytic products.
• Broad knowledge of nation-state linked APT groups with emphasis on differences in Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.
