Job summary

Xlysi LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager with a networking background to oversee network projects and transformation initiatives. You will ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget, coordinating activities and resources across diverse environments and stakeholders.

You will regularly report progress to senior leadership, manage risks, and maintain project documentation and schedules using MS Project where required.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Demonstrated experience with Portfolio Management tools (Clarizen).

Job description

• The ideal candidate will have experience implementing some or all of the following Network Services:
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint)
• Demonstrated experience with Portfolio Management tools (Clarizen)

Technical Project Manager with a networking background
Oversee the execution of Network projects and Network transformation initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget

• Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring project milestones are met
• Manage international customers, understanding the diversity and cultures of the project team to work effectively across a wide range of environments
• Regularly report on project progress to upper management and stakeholders
• Identify, track, and solve unexpected problems, while minimizing risk
• Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans and schedules

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering small to large network projects on-time, on budget, while meeting functional and quality specifications
• Experience building and managing complex project schedules using MS Project
• Adept in stakeholder management and executive communication and presentation skills
• Responsible for communicating project progress through meeting documentation, status updates, leadership meetings, and project schedules
• Manages issues, risks, and changes using appropriate and agreed upon processes and tools established by the IT PMO
• Escalates appropriately to senior stakeholders with required actions/decisions
• Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project team members to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects
• Ability to partner with IT Resource managers to determine resource allocations for projects
• Manages and ensures resources are entering the appropriate forecasted hours to projects and adjusts allocations as needed during each phase of the project
• Problem solver, facilitates and support decision making with sponsors and IT Leadership
