Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a Network Project Manager (Cable/Low Voltage Implementation) who is Korean bilingual for an on-site role in a Datacenter environment.

This contract position spans 7 months with possible extension, requiring strong project management, vendor coordination, and detailed documentation skills. The candidate will manage Cabling/Low voltage implementations, coordinate with vendors and operation teams, and handle contract and resource management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management and related documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cabling/Low voltage implementations in Datacenter, IDF/MDF, HUB/BCR/Office and FAB projects.
• Lead and coordinate with vendors and operation teams on day-to-day tasks.
• Handle local vendor contracts, PO and invoice management, and resource management.
• Oversee delivery management with project progress and weekly dashboards.
• Perform contract management for outbound and inbound contracts, including quotes and legal reviews.
• Forecast and report PO validation and resource requirements to management.
• Handover support after implementation and communicate with operation teams.

Work Hour : 9am-6pm

Posit ion Summary:

This position will be responsible to manage Cabling/Low voltage implement in Datacenter, IDF/MDF, HUB/BCR/Office and FAB implementation project.
Project leader/supervisor will provide process to vendors, operation teams on day to day jobs. below table shows summary of jobs

Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage Cabling/Low voltage implement in Datacenter, IDF/MDF, HUB/BCR/Office and FAB implementation project
• Project leader/supervisor will provide Process to vendors, operation teams on day to day jobs
• Local Vendor management: Local vendor contracts/PO/ Invoice Management Resource Management (Site Entrance request, daily resource status, assistance, company policy observation and management)
• Delivery Management: Project Progress management, weekly dashboard update
• Project Control Office role: Network termination project related On-Site resource management, Vendor resource management & safety management. Hand-Over support after implementation is completed & Communication with Operation team
• Contract Management: Contract management for out-bound, in-bound contracts, quote providing, Legal review on contracts follow ups
• Communication: Invoice planning, scheduling and forecasting report to manage PO validation and PO request for resource and human resource
• Perform other job related duties as required
