Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot statewide WAN, LAN, wireless, and site-to-site tunnel infrastructure.
• Develop detailed implementation and test plans for Cisco/Meraki technologies.
• Research software releases and support software upgrades.
• Document all requests and changes in the IT service desk system.
• Analyze system logs and recommend performance, scalability, and security improvements.
• Provide remote troubleshooting across DSS and county partner systems.
• Manage projects end-to-end when serving as lead.
• Provide knowledge transfer and informal training to peers.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and meet project deadlines.
• Work with Cisco FMC and Cisco Security Manager.
